RETURN POLICY

We do not offer any exchanges; therefore we strongly advise our London customers to use our Same Day Delivery Service which works out to be cheaper than returning an item if the size is incorrect. When we deliver in person we will bring multiple sizes for the customer to try on so that they are purchasing the perfect fit. For other customers we advise that you purchase a tape measure for the body and measure yourself, this process takes less than 5 minutes and costs less than £5. All of our sizes and size charts are similar/identical to high end retailers.

If you are not happy with the items you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. Once returned, you will be entitled to receive a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.

  • Please ensure you enclose a completed returns form with your order (if you do not have one, you can download a returns from here).
  • Ensure your return is well packaged, and meets all the conditions outlined at the bottom of this page.
  • Please note that we no do not accept exchanges.
  • Returns within the UK should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Please use ROYAL MAIL to do so. For international returns, please use a tracking service such as UPS, DHL, FEDEX.
  • Please make sure that your return has all the relevant information needed, such as your Order number, Name, and the reason for your return.

RETURN TERMS AND GUIDELINES

    • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
    • We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
    • All Items must be in original, resalable condition.
    • Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
    • Please note that due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, socks and underwear cannot be returned if removed from their original packaging.
    • If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.
    • Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
    • We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
    • Please make sure that the return form is enclosed with your goods - no form may result in your return not being processed.
    • If you return an item that is defective or not in resaleable condition you may only be eligible for a partial refund.

 

INTERNATIONAL

  • For All International Returns, please ensure to use a tracking service that will enable you to track your return.
  • Please also note that additional costs may apply when making an international return.

PROCESSING YOUR RETURN

We require up to 10 business days of receiving the merchandise to issue your refund. You will receive notification from us once we have actioned a refund.

All items are double checked for quality before dispatch. However in the rare occurrence of receiving a defective item, contact us via email: support@plugstopaper.com and we will exchange the item for you right away.
